We enjoyed having our own apartment, clean rooms, affordable price, close to sight-seeings, helpful staff.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

1. Room is clean, spacy 2. price 820 bath/ room is acceptable 3. not very far from sight-seeings, and it costs little money when you travel in group of 3-4
1. Cannot walk to public transportation, about $3 by taxi / tuk tuk or $1 usd by motobike taxi to Surasak bts or Sathorn Pier (Saphan Taksin bts) 2. far from entertainment / shopping area 3. foods are poor, most are Indian foods

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, which is really important to me. The hotel facilities were good, and the staff was always willing to help. The hotel is conveniently located, making transportation easy - I found it easy to get around by moto-taxi to Surasak BTS or Sathorn Pier.
Nothing is perfect.

Room was clean and comfortable, with helpful staff. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including some that were perfectly tailored to my preferences. The location was also great, with easy access to major tourist spots.
The noise level was intolerable, with constant interruptions from outside noise and people in the hallways. the amenities were lacking;

We had a fantastic stay at this charming boutique hotel. the location was perfect for exploring the city, just a quick motobike taxi ride to Surasak BTS or Sathorn Pier. the room was spotless with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. the service was warm and welcoming, and the breakfast had a great selection of local dishes. We loved the peaceful view from our window and the convenience of the nearby convenience stores.
The walls were quite thin, and we could hear noise from other guests in the hallways.

The spacious rooms and cleanliness were the best aspects of this budget hotel. the free breakfast had a decent selection, including Indian cuisine. Although a bit distant from major tourist areas, the hotel was conveniently located a short walk from a metro station and only a 150 baht taxi ride away from popular malls.
